Shipping And Delivery

At KitabNagar, we strive to achieve fast, safe and reliable shipping of products to customer. To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners and communicate shipping status to customer at each stage of shipment. Our logistic partners are Udaan Express, Delhivery, Ecom Express , XpressBess, Dtdc, Shadowfax ,BlueDart,Fedex,Ekart,Amazon Shipping,Gati,Prime Track,Trackon and Skyking.

Once customer buys products online, he/she wants to know the status of its order from time to time. To address this issue, we provide updated status of shipment at each stage starting from order is placed to processes to dispatch to deliver. NOTE: Delivery time mentioned on product or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on availability of product, address where product is to be delivered and courier companies rules.

 

Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:                                        

  • You can drop an e-mail at kitabanagar.in@gmail.com within 2 days (for case of Pre-paid Orders) & within a day (for case of COD Orders) from date of delivery.
  • Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged from your end.
  • Kindly attach the images of defected product in the mail so that we can see the exact problem.
  • Request you to co-operate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags, bills and warranty card.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days from date of raising the return request.

Non-returnable categories for you:

Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange”; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from KitabNagar side.

How do you return?
You can return the product in following ways:

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address:Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in limited locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship to our Return Cell:In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Return Cell within 9 days. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed according to product weight towards your shipping costs. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.

All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:

Replacement option for you:
If you receive defected/altered product then kindly drop an e-mail at kitabanagar.in@gmail.com within 5 days from date of delivery with following details:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Replacement
  • Image/video of Defected Product (You can send the images/videos at above mention mail id or you can send it on our official whatsapp number,i.e, +91 8505960052, with your order number so that we can verify)

Once your replacement will be approved, you need to pack your product well to avoid any damage in shipping.
As soon as we receive the defected product, it will go through quality check & after approval the replacement product will be dispatched from our end.


Note:
1. Make sure that the product should not be damaged, used, washed from your end & should be maintained in original packaging.
2. Replacement will be processed only if product is found to be Defected/Altered (from Seller’s end or while shipping) in Quality Check.

Refund option for you:
1. In case of Pre-Paid Order:
 If you receive defected/altered product then kindly drop an email at kitabanagar.in@gmail.com within 5 days from date of delivery with following details:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Image/video of Defected Product (You can send the images/videos on above mail or you can send it on our official whatsapp number,i.e, +91 8505960052, with your order number so that we can verify)

Once your refund will be approved, you need to share your Banking details as follows

  1. Bank Name
  2. Account Holder Name
  3. Account Number
  4. Branch
  5. IFSC Code

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the Product from your side.

  1. In case of Cash on Delivery Order:If you receive defected/altered product then kindly drop an email at kitabanagar.in@gmail.com within a day from the date of delivery with following details:
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Image/video of Defected Product (You can send the images/videos at above mention mail id or you can send it on our official whatsapp number,i.e, +91 8505960052, with your order number so that we can verify)

Once your refund will be approved, you need to share your Banking details as follows

  2. Account Holder Name
  3. Account Number
  4. Branch
  5. IFSC Code

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the Product from your side.

Note:

  1. Make sure that the product should not be damaged, used, washed from your end & should be maintained in original packaging.
  2. In case of COD, if a complaint will be registered after a day of delivery of the product then refund will not be processed.
  3. In case of Pre-paid, if a complaint will be registered after 5 days of delivery of the product then refund will not be processed.
  4. In both the cases, either Pre-paid and COD Order, refund will be processed only if product is found to be Defected/Altered (from Our end or while shipping) in Quality Check.

 

 

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly email us immediately at kitabanagar.in@gmail.com. We process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after order has been placed. After dispatching the order from our Warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand in this key point. Thank you!
